A resale and consignment retailer in the Highlands neighborhood was shot into Wednesday afternoon, in accordance to Louisville Metro Law enforcement.
LMPD officers responded to Encore Resale in the 1000 block of Bardstown Street about 1:30 p.m. On arrival, they have been told multiple shots ended up fired into the business enterprise.
LMPD spokesperson Angela Ingram explained Thursday afternoon that according to the department’s investigation, the suspect “appears to endure from a level of psychological disease.” Police are working to protected a warrant for that individual’s arrest, Ingram explained.
Ingram claimed the shooter also shot a person in a neighboring condominium following taking pictures into the enterprise. The suspect realized equally people who ended up focused, she claimed.
The boutique specializes in designer and wonderful high quality men’s garments, sneakers and add-ons normally bought for a third of what you’d commit in a retail shop.
No customers were in the developing at the time of the shooting, but the proprietor was within, who did not undergo any accidents, in accordance to LMPD.
